Scope of Work

• Application to work in client server web based environment

• Complete Inventory of library books as per the Software Requirement
specification.
• Supply of Tag in the form of label and Readers.

Proposed Application

Application is web based built on "n-tier" architecture using framework developed over
a combination of PHP/JAVA Script and C# for effective and efficient organization of data
and business logic.

Library management system will provide following facilities

• Authorized login in to system with librarian card
• Registration of members
• Registration of employee
• Registration of book inventory
• Add/Remove Category
• Searching a book
• Issuing a book to member
• Return book management
• Late fee calculation

Inventory of each book will be maintained by tagging RFID. When ever the book has to
go out of library, books will be brought to the front desk and the member card will be
verified, if the book can be issued or not, if yes book will be issued to member with due
date.
If book not brought to the front desk and if someone tries to steal, at the door it will start
beep.

Return book module will check the due date and if book is brought with in time it will take
back to the stock, if due date is over it will ask for the due fee.

Delivery Schedule:

Lead time for delivery 10-12 weeks from the time of PO with payment.

Pricing given above is for one time development and delivery of software executables.
The price does not include maintenance of software, these services shall be provided at
additional cost. Pricing is inclusive of one time installation and training only.
Pricing is based on the preliminary specifications as detailed above.
price are subject to change based on exchange rate, above calculations are based on
(1$ = 46.55).

Validity:

Prices are good for 30 days.

General Terms and Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE
This quotation is an offer to sell and provide goods and/or services as set forth therein for
the period of validity indicated on the face of hereof.
Acceptance is conditional upon Buyer’s consent to the terms and conditions set forth
herein which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth on
Buyer’s purchase order/contract, specifications or other document issued by buyer.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated on the face of this quotation, all payments are due and payable
thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

3. PRICES
Prices for the goods and services covered hereby shall be those shown on the face of
this quotation. In the event that the price of materials that are incorporated into the goods
rises prior to the delivery of such goods by CCS, CCS may adjust the prices set forth in
quotation by written notice to Buyer.

4. TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, the prices stated here in do not include
customs duties or any sales, use, excise, or other similar taxes. Buyer shall pay, in
addition to the prices stated, the amount of any present or future customs duties or and
sales, use, excise or other similar tax applicable.

5. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The delivery dates set forth on those quotation are approximate only, and CCSI Pvt. Ltd
shall not be liable for, nor shall CCSI Pvt. Ltd. be in breach of its obligations to Buyer
because of any delivery made within a reasonable time of the dated delivery date.

6. ACCEPTANCES AND WARRANTY

CCS warrants that goods delivered here under shall comply with the specifications and
shall be free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use and service
for a period of one (1) year from the applicable date of invoice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Not with standing anything to the contrary contained herein, CCSI Pvt ltd., shall not, under
any circumstances, be liable to buyer or any third parties for consequential, incidental,
special, or exemplary damages whether in an action based on contract, tort OR ANY other
legal theory, arising out of, or related to the transaction contemplated thereunder, including
but not limited to lost profits or loss of business.

8. CANCELLATION:
If the customer cancels the order, the customer will be billed for all commitments made up to the
time of cancellation including materials purchased to fulfill the order.
