To be responsible for all B2B Marketing activities in order to: (i) boost sales from existing agents through B2B sales &
marketing campaigns, (ii) provide effective ongoing marketing & communications support to existing agents, (iii) pro-
vide effective support to new business development activities


Execution and tracking Execute the B2B marketing activity plan. The plan may have dedicated sec-
tions focusing on specific markets and accounts.
Utilise resources within the Marketing team project manage all marketing
activities within deadlines and agreed framework.
Track and evaluate performances

Key activities Develop and manage sales and business development support tools includ-
ing: agent website, brochures, flyers/leaflets, sales & biz dev presentations,
sales & biz dev templates and agent photo provisions
Run marketing campaigns in accordance to the B2B marketing plan.
Work with relevant sales teams and departments to bring together pricing,
itineraries and offers to use in campaigns.
Manage the logistics and marketing campaigns of regional and international
trade shows
Manage mail outs (both planned campaigns and emergency/ad hoc) ex-
ecuted through CRM.
Work with regional sales offices to manage agent mass communication.
Provide marketing-related support to ad hoc requests from sales & biz dev-


Business, tourism or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in B2B tourism sector - marketing or sales
Understand DMC travel industry, business model and B2B market.
Strong desire to develop a career within B2B Marketing
Fluency in English (oral & written)
