Contributions to the Grassroots Victory Project 2014 will be allocated as follows:
The first $32,400/$15,000 from a person/multicandidate committee (PAC) will be allocated to the DSCC. The next $146,400/$125,000 from a
person/PAC will be allocated to the Democratic State Parties in the following states, except in North Carolina where the funds will go to the Wake County
Democratic Party Federal Campaign Committee, and Senate campaigns in the following order, up to $10,000/$5,000 for party committees and
$2,600/$5,000 for candidate committees from individuals/PACs: LA, IA, AR, CO, NC, MI, GA, AK, NH, KY, WV, Braley for Iowa, Udall for Colorado, Peters for
Michigan, Mark Pryor for U.S. Senate, Friends of Mary Landrieu, Alaskans for Begich 2014, Hagan for U.S. Senate, Inc., Shaheen for Senate, Nunn for
Senate, Inc., Alison for Kentucky, Natalie Tennant for Senate, Jeff Merkley for Oregon, Al Franken for Senate 2014 and Friends of Mark Warner. Any
additional funds up to $32,400/$15,000 will be allocated to the DSCC recount fund, used to pay expenses in connection with election recounts and
contests, and will not be used for the purpose of influencing a federal election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular
participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.

Contributions or gifts to the Grassroots Victory Project 2014 are not tax deductible.
