BRIEF IVD: CLAIRE LOUISE PORTELLI (12/09/2014)
Action Plan

Lewis, though you convey a clear ability to lead a large group of actors on occasion your workshops
have lacked fluidity and control. During the next process you must plan a skills workshop with
appropriate exercises and lead the session with complete control and confidence.
Summative Feedback

Throughout the process you have displayed an evident enthusiasm towards the task at hand. Your
ability to lead a large group of actors has served you well. You must now begin to focus on paying
more attention to detail within all aspects of your work. Your research for a process of this size and
intensity is far too brief. You must take inspiration from more sources around you. You are not fully
exploring all aspects of performance and are therefore limiting your performance possibilities. Your
contribution to the company site is extremely poor and you are therefore not able to fully reflect on
the work with your company.

Feedback
(Actor To Assessor)

o Needs to find an appropriate tone for addressing issues publically.
o Needs to avoid making irrelevant judgements on the work whilst in rehearsals.
o Must maintain a consistent presence on the blog site.
o Good ability to command a space.
o Passionate about the work and training.
o Good punctuality.
o Good level of analysis. All judgements are justified.
o Wants to become an integral member of the company.
o Needs to learn to work with the large personalities in the group.
