Hi Guys,
i just finish to setup exchange 2013, all was working fine until today
I have one user that not able to access mailbox via OWA
other users accessing it without any problem.
when i access via the OWA
I'm getting error as follow
X-OWA-Error: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.StorageTransientException
X-OWA-Version: 15.0.847.32
X-FEServer: MAIL
X-BEServer: MAIL

when i send email to this user i am getting reply immediately of
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is quarantined. If the problem continues,
please contact your helpdesk.
The following organization rejected your message:mail.test.local
tried enlarge his mailbox - no success
tried retension his mailbox - no success
any idea or direction are welcomed....

Is that mailbox quarantined? Verify that using below cmdlet...
Get-MailboxStatistics mailboxnamehere | select displayname, IsQuarantined
Look if you find the GUID for that mailbox at this registry key...
get-mailbox tankam | select displayname, *guid
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<Server Name>\Private-{db guid}
It takes 24 hours get out of quarantined...

I agree with Amit. From the error message, it seems that this mailbox is quarantined, please follow Amits
suggestion to check result.
Besides, please check if this user can access mailbox using Outlook.

hey guy's,
its been resolved.
by default exchange policy quota is 2GB for mailbox.
today I realize the user trying to import 10GB PST file, i don't know if this is relation to the error MSG i was
receiving, i attache his as a DATA and ask to do some clean up.
after that all was working fine.
