The Reproductive Health Programme Phase II is a project funded by Kreditanstalt
für Wiederaufbau (f!"# the $erman Development %an&# in partnership 'ith
Cambodia(s Ministry of Health (MoH" and implemented by the Department of Drugs
and )ood * +ssential Drug %ureau (+D%"# 'ith $), Consulting $roup being the
assigned consultant for the overall Programme- .ne of the activities under the
Programme is the development and implementation of a Contraceptive Promotion
Campaign# in order to foster the upta&e of birth spacing services by Cambodian
'omen# 'ith a special focus on rural 'omen and long/term contraceptive methods-
The Contraceptive Promotion Campaign is developed and coordinated by Domrei
Research and Consulting-
PURPOSE
The purpose of this R)P is to source highly 0ualified companies * organi1ations 'ho
have the s&ill and e2perience to develop Contraceptive Promotion Campaign

Individuals# )irms and Eon/$overnmental .rgani1ations may apply to this tender-
Proven e2pertise in the area of media production 'ill be a prere0uisite for the
application being considered-
,pplicants may apply for each 5ot separately# but it is also possible for applicants to
apply for more than one 5ot- %ids for one or more 5ots may also be submitted by
consortia# ho'ever indicating clearly the lead agency# 'hich 'ill ta&e the overall
responsibility for the contract to'ards the +D%-
E* Coordination of acti"itie% by 2omrei Re%earc$ and Con%!lting and
acco!ntability to t$e contracting Agency 98o#4E21:
Domrei Research and Consulting 'ill provide all necessary inputs# coordinate the
activities of the contractors and follo'/up development and delivery of media
production- The material elaboration process under all 5ots shall re0uire the
cooperation and coordination of all campaign media producers under the leadership
of Domrei to ensure ma2imum effectiveness- The contractor 'ill be re0uested to
respond to Domrei Research and Consulting in all technical matters related to the
contract- The contract 'ill be signed 'ith MoH*+D%# 'hich 'ill be responsible for all
contractual issues and payments according to contract-
