Hi Russell and Lynne,

Attached is a revised version of the fish-in/fish-out 2 pager. Russell, great job! I
moved some stuff that was describing the current needs/gaps up to current activities
vs. proposed enhancements. Seemed that we want to have the language under
proposed enhancements pretty clearly describe new efforts/processes to fill
identified deficiencies. The proposed enhancements really are describing processes
to identify/prioritize gaps and the BPA place holder funds that will go toward filling
the gaps. Russell, please see my question about the $9M and whether it is for fish-
in/fish-out alone or other monitoring as well.

I feel a bit clueless on the bigger picture messages we are trying to underscore in
these 2-pagers, so I hope my revisions are helpful.

Tom, I added reference to informing the assessment of "adult and juvenile

contingency triggers" in the description of the collaborative RME workshops. I hope
that helps create the link you were looking for?

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'm around and pretty free for
the rest of today.
