from perfect squares the value of p,q, r can be 8, 9 and from the perfect cubes 6, 7, 8 . The number should satisfy both the conditions. So
8 is common.

In prime factors question I am getting one value from perfect square and perfect cube that is 8 and 6 but in your answer there are multiple
