I, IMELDA AKAMINE-RUBIO of legal age, married, Filipino and with
residence at Paranaque, Metro Manila, Philippines, hereby state that: 1.I am one of the heirs of the late ROBERTO C. AKAMINE a.k.a ROHBERT C. ACAMINE SR., who died on November 11, 2001 at Paranaque, Manila, Philippines; 2.Our father died living a property located at Witig, Tuba, Benguet, Philippines, containing an area of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIVE (23,905) SQUARE METERS, registered as Transfer Certifcate of Title T-40189, and covered by Assessment of Real Property No. 99-001-03022; 3.I and my siblings are in the process of extra-judicially settling the estate of our late father and have agreed with each other that we will ofer for sale the above-described property; 4.In relation with said understanding and in behalf of my other siblings, I am then authorizing ASUNCION VILLACORTA GUNDRAN (Agent) TO OFFER FOR SALE the above-described lot with the following conditions: a.That said lot shall be ofered for sale at the price of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (Pph 1,500.00) per square meter; b.That in case the said agent fnds a buyer, he shall be entitled to THREE PERCENT (3%) of the NET PROCEEDS (Total value of the land less ALL taxes and Notarial Fees relevant to its sale and transfer) of the sale; c.That in case of an over-price (Selling price is more than that quoted above), the diference shall answer for all taxes relative to the sale and transfer of the same to the buyer AND the remaining shall be equally divided between the agent and the seller; d.That if no over-price exists, it shall be the responsibility of the agent to negotiate with the buyer as to who should shoulder the partial/full payment of taxes arising from the sale and transfer of said lot; keeping in mind the best interest of the seller; AUTHORITY TO OFFER FOR SALE e.That this authority is NOT EXCLUSIVE and is revocable at any time; f.That this authority does not include the right to sign, execute any and all documents pertaining to the sale of the above- described property g.That in case an ofer to buy is made, ONLY the heirs of the late ROBERTO C.
