iCore- This core-focused class will pay specific attention to the
abdominals, oblique, and back. Each exercise will be presented with
higher and lower intensity options so this class is for all levels of
fitness. There will be a warm and cool down portion to this class so
you can attend after Bootcamp or come as a stand-alone workout! A
stronger core can improve lower back pain, increase balance, and
decrease risk of injuries.
TRX Suspension Training: Please see our fitness brochure for more
details about the TRX classes offered at this facility. Also, visit
www.TRXTraining.com for more information. Many classes are
included in the WCCPR membership, but TRX Commit requires an
additional fee and pre-registration.
