Project name: Ski Standard Subdivision SCTM#: 1000-10-10-8.1
Location: On the corner of Montauk & Oriental Avenues, approximately 1,800 east
of Peninsula Road, Fishers Island
Description: This proposal is for a Standard Subdivision of a 4.98 acre parcel into
two lots where Lot 1 = 3.05 acres and Lot 2 = 1.93 acres located in the
R-80 Zoning District.
Status: New Application
Action: Review for completeness.

Location: 15105 Oregon Road, Cutchogue
Description: This 80/60 proposed Conservation Subdivision will subdivide two R-80
and A-C split-zoned parcels (SCTM#1000-73-2-4 and SCTM#1000-73-1-
1) into 7 lots where the total acreage of the parcels equals 36.8 acres
(80% of which will be preserved as open space).
Status: Pending
Action: Review revised maps.

Location: Located on the north side of Bridge Lane at the intersection of Oregon
Road, in Cutchogue.
Description: This Amended Site Plan is for the construction of an 8,635 sq. ft. building
for the purposes of a private wine-making facility on a 31.07-acre parcel
in the A-C Zoning District.
Status: New Application

Project Name: Peconic Landing Addition SCTM#: 1000-35-1-25
Location: 1205 NYS Rt. 25, on the north side of NYS Rt. 25, 1,121' east of Sound
Road, in Greenport.
Description: This Amended Site Plan is for the proposed construction of two new
buildings at Peconic Landing, an existing continuing care retirement
community with 118 cottages, 132 apartments, 26 assisted living and 44
skilled nursing beds currently. The additions include an 87,426 sq. ft.
apartment building with 46 apartments and a parking garage, and a
35,543 sq. ft. nursing home with 33 beds, including a reconfiguration of
the parking lot, on 144 acres in the Hamlet Density Zoning District.
Status: Pending
Action: Review for Determination.
