o They each need to raise $100 dollars for the Big Event

We really want Meaghan to jump in the pond!
Donate money to Meaghans bucket which will be in the Union

Please arrive by 1 so we can get everyone situated into cars
o We still need 13 drivers
You get an extra hour for driving so that rocks!
o If you cant go, please send in your absence form! They would really
appreciate these by Wednesday so they can figure out drivers

o Also, let them know if you will already be in Kansas City and wont be
driving with us!
They will send out a link of the address for those of you already
planning on being in Kansas City
Spring Break
o Informational meeting was yesterday
o If you werent able to make it, Jeannie sent out the e-mail to everyone
o Let Jeannie know if you have any questions at all!
o We are going to start our first step towards fundraising next Monday
after the meeting
o You dont have to be committed to go until November 28th!

Dot Gifts
o Please deliver your gifts to their residence halls.
o Only deliver their gift to the station if the person lives off campus
o High rises open at noon, Hudson/Perrin open at 9 am

o New members; please come at 7
o Not new members: please come 10-15 minutes early, if not earlier

o The 48 hour rule, This is included in the online sign ups
If you sign up for something and then take your name off within
48 hours of the event you must:
Send in an absence form
Find someone to replace you
And call the chair in charge of that sign up

Quidditch Tournament
o It is this Sunday November 9!
o $10 per person, $70 per team. Teams of 7 need to be a thing.
o You get a service hour if you play
o If you are forming a team please let Rachel know by Wednesday at
midnight
o You fly at noon behind Phillips hall

Mean Girls Info Table
o We are handing out candy canes like they do on mean girls
o It starts next week of November 10th from 11-3 in the union
o 50 cents a piece

o You can buy one for someone or yourself and then the next week they
will be passing them out
o You get to write a note on them and get them sent to your friends

o You need one fundraising hour per semester
o There are tons of spots left to work the candy gram table and the
quidditch tournament
