By implementing few strategies and approaches we will be able to control waste paper produced at the company and make efficiency. Also the manufacture will result in emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere which effects the environment drastically. There are many ways which will help to reduce waste paper. By reducing the waste paper level we will be able to cut down the cost of the overheads at the company and become an eco-friendly organization. Island Leisure Lanka is a company which also undertakes large consumption of paper which turns out to be waste paper without being used at all.

The company has not undertaken any project such like these in order to improve its own capabilities. they will be able to reduce their overhead costs drastically for the data collected and analysed show a huge consumption on printing papers and usage of them.00003848 Page 4 . The available resource and the potential of the company show that the company will benefit a lot through this project. hence this would be the best start up project they could carry out and achieve success.
