Client Enablement Assessment Sheet - User Guide

2. Enable Macro
1. Please choose action type for Account, Channel and Set off section
You will not be able to use assessment sheets unless you select value for each of
the option. If you have opened file in error and want to exit from it then please
click Cancel and select yes on message prompt.

Note: You can change these options at any time during the process.

Provide values for mandatory fields on the form:


Customer Name
Request ID (CRP reference Number from SharePoint)

Select Provide value for account Type, Structure and account signatory model
from drop down options.

Required

Depending on your selection in step-2 you will he shown fields that identifies
what information you will require prior to preparing documents for customer
request (e.g. Fee schedule if you are opening new account)

6. Source of
Information

There is a hierarchy of information source that you must follow when using this
assessment sheet.
Level 1. First check sources within PCO for required information then:

information required field to mark that information contained within PCO

Click the same cell again if you are not able to find required information
within PCO (clicked cell will be marked with )

Level 2. Contact Account Manger for required information:


(only if you cannot find information within PCO)

Click cell under Source of information AM column to mark that you


can collect required information from Account Manager (clicked cell will
be marked with

Click the same cell again if you cannot collect required information from
Account Manager (clicked cell will be marked with )

Level 3. Contact customer for required for required information


(Only if you cannot find information within ANZ)

Click cell under Source of information Customer column to mark that


you can collect required information from customer (clicked cell will be
marked with

Click the same cell again if you cannot collect required information from
customer either (clicked cell will be marked with )

Note: Leave all 3 fields blank for selected row if you do not require information to
complete customer request.

Note: You will not be able to click on cell if information source hierarchy is not
followed.

At the bottom of assessment sheet there is a comment box which you can use to
record your notes for current request. (Please do not Copy paste emails)

Once you have complete assessment of request click on Pdf icon

To start new request click on Clear assessment and go to step-2.
