Muriel Robinette, over her more than 30 year career, has served in academic (Assistant Professor Geological
Engineering), regulatory (Head of NHDES Hydrogeological Investigation Unit), business (owner of New England
EnviroStrategies) and private consulting (Senior Client Development Manager of Terracon Consultants). She
specializes in contaminated property assessment, remediation and redevelopment, working with private
developers, municipalities and Economic Development Corporations to facilitate Brownfields redevelopment.

Michael has worked at Willis for 20 years and he has held several management positions in the companys
European operations and more recently, since 2003, in the North American business. Michael was previously head
of Williss North American and European Environmental Practices. He has extensive experience in managing
complex, environmental insurance and professional liability placements.
Michael is a proven project manager and has extensive experience in managing and designing complex
environmental insurance programs to enable the full spectrum of corporate transactions and infrastructure
development projects. He has worked on projects in many different industry verticals (including waste
management, manufacturing, real estate, oil and gas, renewable energy) in North America and across the globe.
He holds a BSc in Molecular Genetics from the University of London (Kings College) and a Masters Degree in
Environmental Risk Management from Coventry University (UK).

Ms. Dunstan has over sixteen years of experience in a wide range of geotechnical and environmental engineering
studies in New England.
As a national account manager Ms. Dunstan is responsible for developing, managing and growing business
relationships with select clients who have national needs and a high volume of work. Client types include large A/E
firms, lenders, real estate investment trust (REIT) groups, insurance companies, multi-family developers, and
commercial/retail owners. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and in turn delegates work to
local offices with the most appropriate geographic location and skillset. Shes responsible for ensuring the
expectations of the clients are met in a timely and consistent manner and that the quality of work is at or above
industry standard for the services provided. Ms. Dunstan also serves as a technical resource for both the clients she
works with and the offices assigned the work, as well as provides report review prior to submission to the client. In
addition, she works on large proposals, submittals, and presentations when introducing or qualifying Terracon with
a new client or for an upcoming project.

Hamilton has broad experience in the areas of environmental law and commercial real estate. Hamilton represents
clients in permit and other administrative proceedings, compliance counseling, enforcement matters, and response
cost recovery and property damage actions. His environmental experience includes matters arising under federal,
state and local laws relating to asbestos, air and water emissions, hazardous waste, toxic chemicals, wetlands,
stormwater, endangered species, environmental impact review, underground storage tanks, solid waste and land
use matters. Hamilton regularly advises corporate, real estate and private equity clients with respect to
investigating and managing environmental liabilities arising from corporate and real estate transactions, including
the purchase, sale and redevelopment of contaminated real estate under state and federal Brownfields programs

Bill Mack is a veteran of the construction industry with over 30 years of experience throughout New England. As a
Senior Vice President and Project Executive, he is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the
successful completion of all project assignments to exceed client expectations. He comes to JLL from Integrated
Builders, where he worked in markets including life sciences, corporate, education, retail and manufacturing.
Previously, Bill has worked for the architect, Steffian Bradley; the owner, Massachusetts General Hospital and as the
construction manager.

Sue conducts an active commercial real estate and lending practice. She represents developers before land use
bodies and analyzes complex title issues from a technical, as well as practical, viewpoint. She has specialized
knowledge in condominium law. In addition, she represents regional and national commercial lenders.

Patrick McMahon is responsible for all aspects of the development process including sourcing opportunities,
permitting, design, construction and delivery. Currently, Patrick is managing the second phase of development at
Assembly Row in Somerville, MA which includes a 150-room hotel, approximately 450 rental apartment units, 100
for-sale condominium units and 90,000 SF of retail space.
In addition to his professional experience, Patrick is on the Board of Directors for Heading Home, Inc., a local
provider of shelter and social support services to homeless families. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute
and volunteers with their UrbanPlan academic program. He also traveled to Haiti following the January 2010
earthquake as a volunteer for Hands On Disaster Response, a non-governmental organization.
Patrick holds a B.S. from Boston College.
