Cirlot is focusing on three key audiences at the Paris Airshow. Stakeholders in each
audience, who have been identified as important to Cirlot, will be added to private lists
on Twitter, categorized under one of the three key audiences. The key audiences and
Cirlots goal in including them are as follows:
Current Clients
o Cirlot will seek to strengthen ties with its current clients by connecting with
and promoting them on Twitter and Instagram.
Prospective Clients
o Through its social media strategy, Cirlot will raise awareness with prospective
clients about who we are and what we do.
Media Contacts
o Cirlot will use Twitter to reach out to relevant media contacts as a way to
strengthen media relationships made during the Paris Airshow.
Social Media Channels
Cirlot will use the Cirlot Agency Twitter account as its primary medium for
disseminating information and connecting with key audiences.
In addition, the Cirlot Defense Twitter account may occasionally retweet
relevant posts from the main Cirlot Twitter account.
Cirlot will post pictures from the Paris Airshow on Instagram, which will
automatically be posted to Twitter.
Cirlot will use LinkedIn to preserve and deepen connections made in person at the
Airshow.

Cirlot-produced graphics Ads produced for Cirlot clients who are at the Airshow

Cirlot will monitor social media from the Paris Airshow in order to tweet about
developments as they occur. The following are the primary channels which Cirlot will
closely follow.

Breaking news/events of clients and potential clients

o Immediately tweet about meetings or connections with media personnel or
clients/potential clients
Personalize it, if possible. (It was great to meet @JohnSmith from
@AviationWeekly. Had a very informative discussion about 3D
printing in avionics. #PAS13)
o Congratulate current or prospective clients on announcements or
accomplishments.
