A Life-changing Diagnosis

The diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder

(ASD) is life-changing, and impacts the affected
childs immediate and extended family. These
family members may experience significant
stress related to caring for the child, including
emotional and financial challenges related
to family functioning, school and work.
Appropriate and reliable support systems are
vital to help families deal with the complex
challenges that result from ASD.
