This Judicial Affidavit of Juana Torres, witness for the respondent, is executed to
serve as her direct testimony in the instant case.
This Judicial Affidavit is being offered to prove:
A) The allegation that the petitioner Anthony Arbating Javier had in fact a
intimate and romantic relationship with a woman, herein witness, prior to
the former's marriage to respondent, thereby controverting petitioner's
claims that he cannot have intimate, romantic, or sexual relations with a
woman.
B) All other related matters, facts and circumstances relevant and material
to this case.
This Judicial Affidavit was taken at the office of Atty. Rikki Daniele Louis A. Dela
Paz at Unit 605, Richville Corporate Tower 1107 Alabang-Zapote Road, Madrigal
Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Questions were propounded by Atty. Rikki Daniele Louis A. Dela Paz and these
questions are numbered consecutively and each question is followed by the answer
of the witness.
1. Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?
I do.

2. Are you aware that you may face criminal liability for false testimony or
perjury if you will not tell the truth?
I am.
3. Please state your name, age address and occupation?
I am Juana Torres, 39 years old, married, and residing at 313 Santol Road,
Makati City; I am a housewife.
4. Do you know the petitioner Mr. Anthony Javier?
Yes. He was a friend of mine.
5. Have you ever had any romantic links with the petitioner?
Yes. We were once boyfriend-girlfriend.
6. When were you in a relationship?
Prior to his marriage.
7. In your relationship, had you ever had intimate or sexual relations?
Yes. As boyfriend and girlfriend, I think having sexual relations is
unavoidable.
