Our incredible brisket is slow-braised in burgundy wine and beef stock, garlic and onions, til fork tender and ridiculously
rich. We serve it on a bed of spaetzle, with a side of chive horseradish sauce, and todays fresh veggie. $15.95

APPLESAUCE PORK TENDERLOIN


Medallions of pork tenderloin are seared in an herb rub, then finished with a lightly caramelized, applesauce coating.
Served with braised brussel sprout hash and potato pancakes. $15.95

CHICKEN PAPRIKASH
Two pan-seared chicken thighs are nestled into a warm, comforting paprika sauce rich with
peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and sour cream. Served over our homemade spaetzle. $14.95

BUTTERCUP PASTA CARBONARA


A seasonal riff on the classic spaghetti carbonara. We toss spaghetti in a creamy buttercup squash sauce
with parmesan cheese and spinach ribbons. The dish is finished with a generous showering of
crunchy bacon and a final sprinkle of parmesan. $10.95
ISRAELI COUSCOUS
Elegant pearled couscous is tossed with a light balsamic dressing and seasonal roasted veggies, then topped with more
