Ridesharing Process Effective 8/28/14 Sales Process: * Ifa customer advises of ridesharing (UBER, Lfyt, etc) as part of their usage please Group Reject the Policy using “Vehicle Use- Unusual Exposure” Service Proces: ‘+ Ifa customer advises of ridesharing (UBER, Lfyt, etc) as part of their usage please refer the policy ‘number through Outlook to R8 Fraud Unit © This would include any inquiries and existing use of a vehicle currently on the policy © If 0 cards are sent to an UBER, Lyft, etc address please also send a referral © When sending the referral please include the following: Policy Number Who inguired Which vehicle being used Which company PH will be working for What PH advised/or was looking to obtain at time of phone call ooo000 Underwriting Process: * Ifa referral is received via claims or service that advises of ridesharing (UBER, Lfyt, etc) as part of their usage please refer the policy number through Outlook to R8 Fraud Unit ‘+ When sending the referral please include the following: © Policy Number © Copy of the referral sent into EPSS '* This policy can then be closed out of EPSS as “Release for appropriate handling” and notes documenting the JURY that it was sent to the fraud unit Ridesharing Word Tracks If customer is requesting to add a vehicle to be used for Ridesharing: Tapologize Mr. Powers, we are not able to cover your vehicle at this time and will not be able to add it to the policy. If the customer indicates a vehicle already on the policy is being used for Ridesharing: Ms. Kern, apologize, but at this time your policy does not cover for Ridesharing. You can absolutely look for coverage elsewhere for this vehicle. And based on our guidelines, although this is the only vehicle being used for Ridesharing, if it remains on the policy we may not be able to maintain the policy.
