You Will Need . . .
A Sharp Knife

A Board

Salt

Plastic

Caster

Gloves

Sugar

Soy

Measuring

Sauce

Jug

Sea-weed

Measuring

Sheets

Spoons

Medium or

Bamboo Rolling

Measuring

Short -grain rice

Mat

Cup

Cider

Mayo

Wash Hands

Step One
1 - Cook 2 cups of rice according to
instructions

Step One
2 - Mix
40mls cider

1 1/2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

=

Step One
3 - Mix the cooked rice with the cider mix

Step Two
Cut all vegetables and meat into long thin pieces

( Core cucumber and discard pips )

Step Three
Place the sushi rolling mat on a board

Step Four
Place seaweed sheet on the mat

( Shiny side face down )

Step Five
Place the rice mixture onto the seaweed sheet

( Leaving about an inch from the top )

Step Six
Add a thin layer of mayo (from left to right) to the
centre of the rolled rice

Step Seven
Add vegetables and/or meat on top of the mayo
layer

Step Eight
Using water, wet the uncovered end of the
Seaweed
Start rolling the sushi from the bottom, and
squeeze gently

Step Nine
Wet a sharp knife with water and gently cut
your sushi into eight pieced

Enjoy your Sushi
