I am a pharmacist and I did doctor of pharmacy degree from Lahore College of

pharmaceutical Sciences which is affiliated with the Baqui Medical University Karachi.
After the completion of my professional Degree, I was appointed As a Production
Pharmacist in Ethical Laboratory where I worked almost three year. After three year of
being hung up on by angry prospects, I decided that this career path would not lead me to
success. So I switched on to multinational biopharmaceutical company Pfizer. Currently I
am paying my services for Sale and Marketing Department of Pfizer as promotional sales
representative. I learned a lot about sales and marketing in health sector, and I gained
useful exposure to the world of health care sales and marketing.
Its been almost Five years working for the Pfizer, now I am feeling no career
advancement without further learning and development. My education and work
experience have provided me an excellent introduction to Health Care Management, and
they have sparked my interest in it. Since last couple of month I was thinking to get
further education in Health management. There are many opportunities waiting for me in
my company after getting advance knowledge. I decided to get the post graduation
knowledge from abroad an US is my priority due to its high level of education. So taking
into consideration my foundation and my interests, North Park University is the next
logical step. At this point in my life, I consider a Certification in Health care Management
to be necessary since I need to gain a broader understanding of managing the health of
patients and to sharpen my skills in order to be successful in this field. Certification in
Health care Management program will allow me to concentrate more in the field and
allow me to study with and learn from people with varied backgrounds.
After getting education in Health care management from North Park University, I
want to come back to my home land and seek a position at management level within
Pfizer Pakistan. I got this whole inspiration from one of my national sales manager, who
adopted the route as I am planning and able to achieve his goals. Within three or four

years, once I have become adept in Health care Department, preparing Better Health
Providing Facilities presentations and other Health advisory work, I will move into a
senior associate position. Here I will develop my abilities to anticipate client needs and to
engineer solutions that address these needs. In approximately 10 years, I will have the
experience necessary to take on upper-level management responsibilities and able to
serve the nation and mankind.
