name for the true human nature;
10. The Zen key to unleash your true nature as Buddha is simply the self-knowledge;
11. Zen simply means to be completely alive, with all inner potentials.
12. Zen is meditation.

laughter and must end the day with laughter. This is completely in the spirit of Zen, showing
direct manifestation of the joy of being alive. The laughter is exactly that – an energy that
comes directly from Love, from the highest existence.

If you cannot laugh. the mind disappears. When you really laugh. If you can laugh when you are ill you will get your health back sooner.
