1. How would you describe yourself?
I am young, free, willing and eager to grow professionally.
2. Why did you leave your last job?
I have not ever left a job willingly, but when I did it was to work in a place more
important for my growth. I always keep a good relationship with my former
employers
3. What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
I hope around the world with Royal Caribbean, Perhap in a Hight job position
like Head Waiter or Food and Beverage Manager.
4. Why did you choose this career?
Because you can choose to grow up in a family where you can learn but you can
teach more, or you can choose to grow up in a family where, maybe you can teach
little but to learn so much and be enthusiastic.
5. Do you prefer working alone or in teams?
I prefer working in teams.

6. What is more important to you -- the work itself or how much you're paid for
doing it.
For me my work is my passion, and passion doesnt know the money.
7. What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Im clever guy, sociable and I have a lot of imagination to express. I wanted to travel
more and to perfect the languages they already speak English-French.
8. What would your last boss say about your work performance?
My last employer, has always treated me well and I have grown up role in a very
short time.
9. What motivates you to go the extra mile on a project or job?
The desire to satisfy the customer in the best possible way.
10. In what ways do you think you can make a contribution to our company?
Im sure that my sunny disposition and professionalism combined with the desire I
have to grow professionally in a large company such as yours, can be a great
cocktail for a good initial contribution.
11. Have you ever been fired or forced to resign?
Yes, but only because the restaurant is closed during the winter season.
12 Which is more important: creativity or efficiency? Why?
In my personal opinion, the efficiency takes one more point, because if you are
efficient but, you are not creative, you can be guided, although I think it would be
better that they were both of the same high standard to achieve a good end result.
13. Do you have plans for continued study? An advanced degree?
In the country where I live Italy, there are not universities for the restauration.
14. If appointed can you afford the mandatory Agency, Insurance, Medical, Bond &
Courier Service fee of $550 USD? ( Note that this is a mandatory fee that must be
paid by the employee & cannot be deducted from their salary)

No, I havent a geographic preference.

Yes I do.

I be minimum wage is good for me.

Yes, but not important like your company.

If you put a bit of passion in everything you do, you will not have nothing to regret.

Nothing, if during their working hours are committed to fully satisfy the rules of the
company for which we work.

I refuse to work with the dishonest people.

I will continue to work and learn, always seeking the best for my future.
