CLEC and Wireless Provider as Sales Director to lead and direct all of the sales efforts for the corporation.
I also have the distinct honor of being the first Sales Director to lead and direct the sales and marketing efforts for the
State approved and funded Wireless Lifeline program to low income customers in California.
Directed all distribution channels including 70 plus sales agents and managers in 3 national sales centers, 3 phone center
stores, Street Teams deployed and Brick and Mortar storefront channels.
Accomplishments:
Designed, implemented and directed the roll-out of the first telecom company to offer a state funded wireless lifeline
program in California for low income customers. Also directed the activities of over 200 street teams and all
distribution channels. Those efforts have resulted in over 200,000 new orders and an average of 2,500 plus new sales
each day to become fastest growing and largest Wireless Lifeline provider in California history.
Directed the launch of all Nationwide Wireless Lifeline Sales endeavors in other states.

Recruited by this projected $70 million dollars in annual revenue Lifeline provider, Nationwide B2C and B2B Telecom,
Internet and Broadband TV services Company to direct and lead the development of all Sales, Product Development and
Marketing efforts for the consumer, business and channel (agents) divisions. Directed the development of new product
development and marketing processes to launch the startup business division and re-aligned all products in the
established consumer division to increase sales penetration, reduce attrition and grow revenues.
Accomplishments:
Provided direction of the sales and marketing efforts that led to growth of the lifeline and non-lifeline Consumer
products and services adoption by realigning and enhancing all products which accounted for $18 million dollars to
$20 million dollar growth in annual revenue in 2011 to 2012 that led to revitalizing stagnant & declining sales.
Managed the transition from land line lifeline services to the TAG Mobile Wireless brand.
Work in unison with TAG Mobile the wireless division to develop synergistic products and services.
Directed the development of next generation IP Centric telecom products including Hosted PBX with VoIP, Consumer
VoIP, Sip trunking, MPLS, Integrated T-1 Services, IPTV (Broadband TV), Wireless, Data services, Wireless home
phone replacement, Metro Ethernet and Nationwide DSL products which were forecasted to achieve over $70 million

Reduced attrition from 16% to 9% in 2011 due to the implementation of effective new pricing, packaging, retention
