LAYOUT AND GRAPHIC DESIGN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

Part of the Better Bike Share Partnership

Overview
This Request for Quotations seeks a graphic designer to layout youth bike education curriculum and
create corresponding images.
The primary goal of this project is to make youth bike education curriculum visually attractive and
straightforward. This project will serve the larger goal of inspiring a diverse cross-section of
Philadelphians to use Philadelphias Bike Share system, coming Spring 2015. The larger initiative is
managed by The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia and The Mayors Fund for Philadelphia, in
collaboration with The Mayors Office of Transportation and Utilities, and Neighborhood Bike Works.
The youth education curriculum is managed by an independent contractor, Rebecca Cweibel.
Project Description

create a socially equitable bike share model for Philadelphia and beyond. To achieve this goal, the Better
Bike Share Partnership is working with Neighborhood Bike Works to integrate youth bike share
engagement into existing programs and designing additional opportunities for youth to become bike
