forms complete, in order and updated? Are the lights functional and with
good ventilation?

Is there available receptacle for waste, are the waste materials properly
segregated & disposed?

Are the personal computers accessories clean from dust and properly
secured?
Are the working tables for personal computers properly arranged and
cleaned? Are the tables checked for stability?
