Legal Letter of Notice (Sample Only)

September 1, 2009

To: The Principals and Administrators of the Elementary and Secondary Schools of (City /
School District)

From: The Concerned Parents' Health Action Coalition (CPHAC)

Re: Your liability and responsibility for damage to the health of our children arising from your
role in facilitating the administering to them of the so-called "swine flu" (H1N1) Vaccine

Dear Principals, School Nurses and Administrators,

Acting on legal advice, our Coalition is informing you through this Letter of Notice that we
intend to hold you personally and collectively responsible and liable for any adverse health
effects, sickness or other damages suffered by our children as a result of your role in
facilitating their inoculation with the "swine flu" H1N1 vaccine, at your school or at other
facilities, while in your care.

The Letter of Notice will also serve to notify you that, because of your liability in this matter,
we intend to take appropriate legal action against you in the event that our children suffer
damage to their health because of the H1N1 vaccine, including placing commercial liens on
your personal property and assets to compensate our families for these damages.

We are taking this course of action because of the proven and documented dangers of the
H1N1 vaccine, and in particular for these reasons:

1. The Manufacturer of the Canadian supply of the H1N1 vaccine, Glaxo Smith Kline
(GSK) Ltd., has stated publicly that the H1N1 serum being issued in Canada has not
been properly tested and is therefore not considered to meet the minimal safety
standards normally applied to vaccines.

2. The H1N1 serum produced by GSK, Novartis and other vaccine companies contains a
toxic adjuvant known as Squalene, which attacks and inhibits the human immune
system. According to one expert, Dr. Viera Scheibner, Ph.D., a former principle
research scientist for the government of Australia:“… this adjuvant [squalene]
contributed to the cascade of reactions called “Gulf War Syndrome,” documented in the
soldiers involved in the Gulf War.The symptoms they developed included arthritis,
fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic
fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions,
aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes,
neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte
sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS
(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic
diarrhoea, night sweats and low-grade fevers.” (April, 2000)
3. Just recently, the Chief Health Officer for B.C. described the swine flu as a "mild
seasonal flu" that most people will recover from, and that accordingly, he had decided
not to close B.C. schools. Accordingly, there is no basis for the mass inoculation of our
children and no reason to risk their health with an untested and dangerous toxic
vaccine.

4. Knowing these facts, if you proceed with aiding and abetting the inoculation of our
children with the H1N1 vaccine, you will be deliberately endangering their health and
lives, and violating their, and our, constitutional right of informed consent.

We require that you respond in writing to this Letter of Notice no later than two weeks after
your receiving of it, and agree to this demand that you refrain from participating in or assisting
the administering of the H1N1 vaccine to our children.

If you fail to do so, we will be compelled to seek the legal remedies described herein.

Sincerely,

The Board of Directors,

The Concerned Parents' Health Action Coalition (CPHAC)
