Todays business environment is constantly changing through innovation, technology and globalization. The success of
change efforts and their subsequent integration into the culture of an organization hinge on the execution of change
management efforts. Change management refers to the process, tools and techniques to manage the people side of
change in order to achieve the required business results.
This session will examine the Prosci Change Management Model. Attendees will learn the definition of change
management, perspectives on both individual and organizational change management, who is involved in change
management as well as the critical ties between leadership, project management and change management which lead
to successful business outcomes.

Darcy is a driven and results-oriented professional with more than 20 years of experience impacting organizational
performance through structured change initiatives, program and process implementation and project execution. She
partners with all levels of leadership to assess needs, develop programs and process solutions, and coordinate
delivery of performance initiatives. Darcy also develops and executes programs driven by industry best practices,
and achievement of organizational strategic initiatives.
