God is an awesome God, who keeps His covenant of love; with His
mouth He has promised and with His hand He has fulfilled it—as it is
today (Nehemiah 9:32; 1 Kings 8:24) .
 Starting from 2003, CBCGN has been praying that God would give us a
building so that the kingdom of God would grow here on earth.
 The vision was shared among our brothers and sisters at CBCGN.
Everyone’s heart was moved by God, preparing to buy a church building
(the house of the Lord) in the greater Nashua area.
 Church Building Committee was also established. Committee members
prayed and planned hand-in-hand seeking the guidance from the Lord
and doing all the work they need.
 In searching the building over the past few years, God indeed
led us to experience His faithfulness in an amazing way. Yes,
when we are all ready for the promised land He is determined
to give us, not only we now can enter it, but also we’ll be able
to take His abundant blessings after we have it!

這幾年來孩子們的印象中,

Aug ’08 – first met the owner; asking price
was $1.4M
Sept ’08 - offered up to $1M  was rejected.
Recession started stopped negotiation.
Owner had financial issues and went through
foreclosure court.
Foreclosured - Bank acquired it in Aug. ‘09

Mid. Oct. ‘09 – after ruled out several properties,
CBC decided to check back to the property
10/18 - found the property is already under
contract (P&S signed).
Our Progress:

 11/30 - The deal failed (couldn’t get financing).
 12/2 to date - Negotiated terms (agreed on $825K)
12/30 – Executed Letter of Intent w/ deposit.
