Context and Rationale


THE METRIC EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Research by Gallup and others shows that engaged employees are more
productive. They are also happier with their work, more committed to the
organization and more resilient to external pressures .

USING RESULTS TO DEVELOP A STRATEGY AND PLAN


The survey data provide an opportunity for you and your team to interpret the
results and strategize ways to improve individual and team engagement. From
these strategies an engagement plan can be created to drive increased
engagement of the group.

QUARTERLY CHECK-INS
In order to ensure that engagement strategies are effectively implemented and
that the impact of this implementation is improving engagement, the team should
meet quarterly to evaluate the plan and its impact.
