General info:
Text: Chemistry by Steven & Susan Zumdahl ed. 9.
The majority of lectures will be hand-written chalk style. Some lectures will be in
Keynote format that will be uploaded to the Yale ClassesV2 server.
Office Hours: Tues 8 10 AM, immediately after class, or by appointment. There
will be no office hours the day before any exam. Please plan accordingly.
During lectures, mobile phones will remain off and laptops will be closed.
Problem sets: Complete the problems given below in the syllabus. These are due to
your TA by the date given. There will be a 5% penalty/day for late problem sets.
There will be two midterm exams and one final exam, which will be cumulative. The
grading for the course is as follows:
