In all these appeals counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the

appeals with liberty to file fresh appeals by incorporating various

additional grounds as well as documents in support thereof. Accordingly,
we permit the appellant to withdraw the appeals with liberty to file fresh
appeals within a period of four weeks from today. In the mean time, the
appellant with his authorized representative is directed to appear before
SEBI on the appointed day i.e. on February 18, 2015 and make his
submissions.
