property; or the tree(s) is dead, weakened or decayed such that a significant portion of the
tree(s) is expected to fall or come to rest upon the other property.
As property owner or other party responsible for the subject property you must prune or remove
such tree(s) to the extent necessary to correct the above condition (See PM-312.2, PM312.4.4)
Important additional information:
If you fail do so, the City may prune or remove such tree(s), as it deems necessary. The City
may do so by its own forces or by contract and the property owner will be billed for all costs
incurred, including an administrative fee. This bill is in addition to any fine that the City may
