These are worth over US $25M per annum in revenue.  Established the Inter-Touch Project Office for all projects running in Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Australia. The project office delivers approx 25 projects and 6000+ hotel rooms per qtr  Delivered results to support the company in becoming EBITDA positive in October 2003 and EBIT positive in March 2004. Revenue growth year over year for 2005 is 43%  Developed and rolled out a standard methodology for project management that lowered costs, standardized system installations and allowed for more efficient use of project resources.  Reduced average hotel per point cost by 5% per quarter by standardizing installations and enabling a more consistent and cost-effective approach from contractors.  Conceived and helped develop inter-touch Wireless services. This has been rolled out the InterTouch Wireless service in 200 hotels in 32 countries.  Coordinated global efforts for testing and approval, as well as working on the development of new products and service offerings as member of the new project and innovation team. 3COM ASIA PACIFIC  Coordinated the development of a US $11M CRM solution that leveraged 3Com’s global leadership in VoIP IP-PBXs and combined it with leading 3rd party software.  Coordinated with partners and U.S.-based product vendors to adapt solutions and training to the technical and business requirements for the Asia Pacific market.  Successfully launched new product lines throughout Asia Pacific, developed sales channels, and increased acceptance of the solution throughout the partner network. Accor Australia (Nov 2004 – Dec 2005): Managed a US $2M project to deploy wired broadband to 30 hotels in Australia in conjunction with the Telstra Wireless Integration team. Negotiated the global purchasing arrangements with vendors and a master project plan with key clients and contractors. • IBIS 6.1 Deployment (Jan 2004 - Jan 2005): Managed the discovery of new business requirements, translated them to functional specifications, and monitored the development project, including alpha and beta testing and software updates to ensure the project met business requirements.
