specifications.

Below will be explained which one of them.

Internal Audit.

The contractor has established a procedure for carrying out "internal audit". The
quality audits are planned and coordinated in such a manner that the entire
Quality Management System of the contractor is audited at least once in 3
months by quality manager. The audit planning carried out by quality manager,
by preparing schedules for audits based on the status and importance of the
activity. Internal audit can also be conducted by external auditors if required.
The procedure requires audit reports to be documented. The reports of the
audits form the basis for suitable and timely corrective actions by the respective
sections. All corrective actions agreed upon as an outcome of the internal
quality audits are verified, implementation and effectiveness of corrective
actions taken are recorded. The audit findings that need attention of the
managing director or top management team are brought to their attention by
quality manager through management review. In case any significant changes
are observed in the system i.e. change in process or in case of special
assignment / Order, then unscheduled audits may be carried out. The quality
manager maintains the records of the internal quality audits.

External Audit

Also other audit is also external audits as certification bodies. They came at least once
for year. They should give minimum 10 working days notice prior to any audit or
examination activity initiated. The audit findings that need attention of the managing
director or top management team are brought to their attention by quality manager
through management review. All corrective actions agreed upon as an outcome of the
external quality audits are verified, implementation and effectiveness of corrective
actions taken are recorded. At the end they give instructions for what they found.

The Company

Any examinations, audits, quality assurance and construction surveillance activities


carried out or organized by the COMPANY shall not release the Contractor from its
contractual obligations regarding quality and quality assurance.
The COMPANY shall have the right to perform audit and examination activities towards
CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors throughout the duration of the Work. The
COMPANY shall give minimum ten (10) working days notice to Contractor prior to any
audit or examination activity initiated. If the COMPANY's inspector(s) fails to attend the
test and/or inspection, or if it is agreed between the parties that any or all of the
COMPANY's inspector(s) will not attend, then the Contractor may proceed with the test
and/or inspection in the absence of the COMPANY's inspector(s) and provide the
COMPANY with a certified report of the results. The Contractor will provide the required
facilities and assistance with respect to the execution of such activities, for example to
bring laboratory on the job site to perform required tests. If findings are identified then
the Contractor will describe the disposition of each finding and corrective action in
accordance with ISO 9001 (latest edition) with planned completion dates. This
information will be submitted to the COMPANY within ten (10) working days of
identification. All these costs will be charged to the Contractor or SubContractors.

Statutory Bodies

At the end of job all the technician and quality data may be submitted at statutory bodies
if it is necessary. Usually when we start a job we must have permissions from statutory
bodies to start this job. They may request technical data as design to give us
permissions. At the end they may request to submit one copy of technical and quality
data to complete the process.
