It is a one-day workshop that aims to share yoga techniques for the successful management of stress at the workplace. Participants will learn a multi-dimensional approach to manage stress at the physical, mental, emotional and intellectual levels. Avartan is based on scientifically proven yogic techniques which allow the practitioner to calm the mind, take it to a heightened state of awareness and concentration. Uniquely designed for the busy professional, through just a short practice, the professional will be able to reap maximum benefits.

About Dr Nagendra
Avartan will be conducted by internationally acclaimed Yoga expert & scientist, Dr. H. R. Nagendra. Dr. Nagendra was a former space scientist with NASA and a consultant with Harvard University before returning to his native India to change from ‘space engineering’ to ‘human engineering’. A renowned personality, Dr. Nagendra has dedicated his life to the upliftment of the human spirit. With his meticulous scientific background, he has invented many unique Yoga techniques which have been scientifically proven to be beneficial.
