ASHTANGA YOGA
Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, a vigorous style of specific asanas (postures) is sequenced to emphasize breath,
strength, flexibility & endurance.

PILATES FUSION
Series of exercises performed on a mat to complement different elements of pilates core and posture work focusing on
powerhouse strengthening exercises and increasing flexibility.

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Using different intervals of cardio and strength, this class will have you pushing your cardio to new limits through the
use of not only weights but the use of your own body weight.

POWER VINYASA YOGA


A dynamic, physically energizing form of yoga that is characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath.

BARRE BURN
A total body workout that slims your hips, tightens your thighs, lifts your seat, & mobilizes your metabolism. Utilizing
ballet movements, intelligent isometrics, changes in rhythm, range of motion & progressive core training, your body
heals, tightens, strengthens so you look, feel and move better.
BEYOND STRENGTH
A conditioning experience to challenge your level of fitness and push you to new limits of endurance, balance, strength,
& coordination. Various intervals of cardio & strength using every available tool take you above & beyond--leaving you
feeling as if you just completed a tough mudder, & won!
BOOT CAMP
You know the drill...anything goes in Boot Camp! Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout through
challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training and much more!
BOXING
A technique-based class using heavy bags, speed bags, focus pads and jump ropes. Handwraps are required.
CYCLE: CLIMB HARD!
Challenge yourself to a terrain of ever changing hills. This ride will take you to your threshold, while strengthening your
heart, legs and lungs. Be prepared to climb hard!
EQUINOX RUN CLUB
No matter your goal, this workout inspires more from your run. Great for the marathoner or the purist who just enjoys to
run, improve your stride, cardiovascular endurance, and deliver the physical and inner strength necessary to achieve

ESSENTRICS
Dynamically stretch and strengthen to re-balance the muscular structure in continuous rotational movements. Using
unique flowing movements proven to simultaneously slenderize and tone the abs, waist, and back, this full-body
technique liberates muscle chains, relieves tension and empowers the body.
HARD CORE CONDITIONING
An intense upper and lower body workout with a strong focus on defining the core muscles by challenging both
strength and stability. Using weights, the body bar, and a step, this class will help you define your body from head to
toe.
HATHA BLEND
A hybrid between different styles of teaching incorporating strength, grace and alignment to create a challenging yet
safe practice.
HATHA YOGA
A physical approach to the yoga practice connecting postures, movement and breathing.
JOCK YOGA
Athletic vinyasa yoga with a focus on strength and endurance rather than extreme flexibility. Set to a yogic soundtrack
with a beat, the practice has a universal appeal and welcomes men, women and anyone who really wants to sweat!
LAYERS, PILATES FLOW
Combine Pilates and fundamental resistance training a safe, fun progression aimed at strengthening and lengthening
the entire body. While maintaining extra attention on core activation and ideal body alignment, layers links and flows
through the exercises for an added cardio effect.
METCON3
Meet your goals head on and fully amped in body and mind! Perfectly scripted, this high-intensity metabolic
conditioning workout taxes all 3 energy systems and acts like a fat-incinerator to ensure results that leave you fit and
motivated for the demands of your life.
PILATES
An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body
awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility.

RUNCROSS
This run course experience moves you forward and features expertly designed cross training drills and mad motivation

RX SERIES
Heres the rub: Dont expect to achieve results without proper R&R. Designed by Jill Miller to explore the 3 Ms
massage, mobilization and maximizing performance and revitalize your body. Self-myofascial massage, range-ofmotion stretches and breath strategy combine for high performance.
SHOCKWAVE
Extreme cross training at its best! This total body circuit challenge combines the Indo-Row machines for high-intensity
calorie burn with dynamic, functional exercises using ViPR, Body Bars, BOSUs and Kettlebells to sculpt and transform
the body! Max effort, and EXTREME results!
STACKED!
Consider yourself stacked. Hit the body with a healthy dose of high density training. With Sandbells as your medium,
transform your body with 6 targeted movement complexes executed for 30 seconds each. Combine 2 Stacks with an
active mobility warm up and a recovery stretch and your workout is DONE.
STRENGTHONOMICS

STUDIO CYCLING
A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain
based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and
challenging.
TABATA
A courageous, daring, & dynamic conditioning experience: 20 second bouts of high intensity training followed by 10
seconds of rest x 8 = 4 minute intervals to increase athletic performance, boost VO2Max, & decrease body fat. The
Tabata Protocol is proven to physiologically transform your body.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked
to the breath.
