Badanie izolacji przy uyciu megaomomierza wysokonapiciowego (powyej 250V)


uszkadza elementy pprzewodnikowe zabezpieczenia, co moe prowadzi do awarii,
widocznej dopiero po kilku tygodniach od chwili przeprowadzenia badania.
Nieprzygotowanych obwodw zabezpieczenia nie wolno testowa przy uyciu miernika
izolacji o napiciu wyszym ni 250V !!! Przygotowanie obwodw polega na poczeniu
biegunw wej binarnych, wej zasilania oraz wyj - zwaszcza pprzewodnikowych
(o charakterystyce "szybkiej" bd mocnej). Wewntrz urzdzenia midzy dowolnymi
jego zaciskami, nie moe si pojawi rnica potencjaw o wartoci przekraczajcej
250 V. W razie braku moliwoci takiego przygotowania, wymagane jest odczenie
sprawdzanych obwodw zewntrznych od zabezpieczenia na czas wykonywanych bada.
Urzdzenie jest obiektem testw wysokonapiciowych podczas procesu produkcji
zgodnie z normami przedstawionymi w rozdziale opisujcym dane techniczne.
Takie badanie jest przeprowadzone tylko raz, z zachowaniem cile okrelonego, bardzo
krtkiego czasu badania.
Obwody komunikacji szeregowej (RS232 / RS485) nie podlegaj testom napiciowym nie wolno testowa ich miernikiem izolacji !!!
