A Service fee is levied on each visa application submitted at the VFS Tasheel Visa Service Centre.This is a nonrefundable fee and will be levied even on applicants who are exempted from paying the Visa or Enjaz fees.
Visa Fees, Enjaz IT Fees & Medical Fees are collected on behalf of Saudi MoFA.
Fees are subject to change as per exchange rate. If there is a change in fees at the date of appointment then the
difference in fees will be collected in the center.
The above visa fees does not apply for American Nationals applying under a visit visa category.
If applicant selects 'any' fee as already paid, they have to come with proof of payment at the time of appointment in
the center.

FA MILY V IS IT
This visa application document checklist helps you check that you have included all of the necessary documentation that
is required by the Saudi Arabia Embassy Islamabad to process your visa application.

Kindly bring the below documents for submission at the Visa Service Centre on your appointment date/ time:

1. Original passport (Minimum Six (06) months validity and having at least two blank pages)
2. Photocopy of Passport
3. Complete Visa Application Form (Embassy Form)

4. Two (02) passport size photograph. (white/ blue)

5. Photocopy of computerized national Identity Card (CNIC).
6. Electronic invitation issued by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and industries will be valid only for one
month from the date of issue.
7. Visa slip by MoFA
8. Marriage certificate attested by F.O and wife passport should be on the name of her husband
9. children below 15 years should attach polio vaccination cards.
10. Return Air tickets
11. Person who issued visa by mofa. His clear passport and Iqama copy
12. relationship evidence which could be certain documents which prove that this person is relative to the visa sender

S ub mis s ion P roc es s :

1. Kindly read the Security Regulations and Disclaimer available on the website before you visit the Visa Application
Center.
2. Each applicant is required to visit the Visa Service Center in person to submit their visa application.
3. On your appointment date, kindly arrive at the Visa Service Center at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment
time.
4. Proceed to collect your token from either the Reception Desk or the Token Kiosk.
5. Once your Token Number is issued, kindly proceed to the waiting area at the Document Submission counters and
await the call for your Token Number.
6. Do remember to collect your receipt(s) at each step of the application process at the Visa Service Center, and
retain these copies until you receive your processed passport.
7. After you complete your visa application process at the Visa Service Center, you may track the progress on the
application through the 'Status of Application' section of the VFS Tasheel website. If you have subscribed for the SMS
service, you will additionally receive SMS updates on the status progress of your application.
