“Hands on” experience managing 7 mil sq. ft. of Class A/B downtown office space (500K sq. ft. GSA), 6 mil
sq. ft. anchored retail space, 1.5 mil sq. ft. industrial space and 3,500 multifamily units in the Mid Atlantic
Responsible as a team leader for an average of 10-35 staff members in the completion of 320 tenant
build outs, capital improvement initiatives and cutting 22% off operating costs through innovation.
Presentations to jurisdictional authorities regarding code/compliance issues, ad valorem tax appeals, and
permit/zoning issues. Routine verbal presentations to numerous Community Organizations on
revitalization initiatives representing Principals interest’s seeking constituency endorsement.
Financial Institution, Jurisdictional and Contractor key person in the construction of a large 85 acre
commercial project in Virginia. Completed 12 new base building construction projects. 6 Class A building
renovations. Supervise Property Managers, Engineering, Maintenance, Security and Contractor staff(s).
Execute and prepare legal notices, coordinate legal action, enforce lease terms, and review/reconcile
common area (CAM), Real Estate Taxes (RET) and Insurance (INS) recovery charges.
Exponentially increased property collections and revenue through proactive personal interface.

BROKER EXPERIENCE




Initiated 350K of new “in house” lease up. Effectuated 400K sq. ft. of Tenant Lease Renewals.
Demonstrate cost of asset improvements in relation to higher rents. Lobby and rooftop amenities.
Maintain on site presence during contract negotiations while tenant improvement project
coordination, Over 500 tenants represented professionally. Create seek new business development.
Negotiated the purchase and installation of Energy Management Systems (EMS) for GSA facilities
resulting in single tenant GSA lease renewals. Required 3 GSA clearance badges.
