and supervise all laboratory activities to insure that
quality laboratory services
are being provided to the
patients on a continuous basis. The Director of Laboratory will supervise and perform those duties directly
involved with the technical

the technical and general
supervisor responsibilities
under CLIA. Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor of Science degree in
biology science or related
field, 12-month internship
at certified school of Medical
Technology/Affiliation with
a national registry such as

of Clinical Pathologists) or
equivalent, state licensing
where applicable, a minimum of two years practical
experience preferred, sound
knowledge of principles of
management, supervision,
and training, familiarity
with current government,
laboratory regulations under CLIA, effective communication skills and techniques, word-processing and
basic computer skills, basic
CPR preferred, possess the
ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to
