: Name of Experiment
Blood Group

## : THE Aim of Experiment

.To determine the group of blood

: Procedure
-We sterile processing of cotton used to sterilize thumb. 1
We are pressing the thumb so that the blood -2
.accumulates at the top of the finger
.prick a finger by lacent to get the blood -3

prepare a glass slide and put them three points from the -4
.blood of the person we need to detected Blood Group

## Put the point of the (Anti A) solution to the drop in the -5

party who slide and put a drop of( Anti B) automated
solution to the drop of blood in the middle of the slide, put
.a drop of (Anti D) solution on the remaining drop of blood

## : Are waiting to the following possibilities -6

If drop blood given gatherings with solution (Anti A), and also gave .communities with solution (Anti B) shall be blood type (AB)
If drop blood given gatherings with solution (Anti A), and did not
.give a solution with concentrations (Anti B) shall be blood type (A)
If drop blood does not give communities with solution (Anti A), and .did not give gatherings with solution (Anti B) shall be blood type (O)
If drop blood does not give communities with solution (Anti A), and gave the gatherings with the solution (Anti B) shall be blood type
.(B)
If drop blood given gatherings with( Anti D) be a positive factor Riss .+Rh
If drop blood does not give communities with (Anti D) be a negative.-factor Riss Rh
And in this experiment I found the Blood Group is O+. because
the drop blood does not give communities with solution (Anti A), and
did not give gatherings with solution (Anti B) shall be blood type
(O)and drop blood does not give communities with (Anti D) be a
.-negative factor Riss Rh

: Discussion
: We have four types of blood group
blood group (A)-1
blood group (B)-2
blood group (AB)-3
blood group (O)-4
This test is carried out in case of a request for transfer of a patient's
:blood test Principle principle of the test
Is the presence of consensus between the patient and the future of
donated blood,So that there is no antibodies Antibodies in the
patient's blood for the future may lead to serious reactions Reaction
from which treats the patient's body of blood transfused him as a
foreign body, which leads to many problems may sometimes up to
.death
? What is Rh
Rh-negative" and "Rh-positive" refer to whether your blood has Rh "factor. Rh factor is a protein on red blood cells. If you have Rh
factor, you're Rh-positive. If you don't have it, you're Rh-negative.
Rh factor is inherited (passed from parents to children through the
.genes). Most people are Rh-positive
Whether you have Rh factor doesn't affect your general health.
.However, it can cause problems during pregnancy
Note that with the blood types of negative factor to give blood *
.factions of the positive factor and not vice versa
: +Blood group O
O Positive is the most common blood type and therefore needed by so many
: patients.Compatible Blood Types is

A+ can receive A+, A-, O+, OB- can receive B-, OB+ can receive B+, B-, O+, OAB- can receive AB-, B-, A-, OAB+ can receive AB+, AB-, B+, B-, A+, A-, O+, OCompatible Plasma Types
O can receive O, A, B, AB
What is O Positive Blood Type?
A person's blood type is based on the antigens found in the blood. These antigens, A and B are found on the surface of the blood cells and are uses as markers in the body.
Type O blood does not have A or B antigens on the red blood cells, but contains both
.types in the plasma
Blood types also contain a positive or negative mark depending on the presence of the
Rhesus or Rh antigen. Those who have Rh markers in the blood have a positive blood
type while those who lack Rh will have a negative blood type. Therefore those with
an O positive blood type have no AB antigens in the blood, but do have an Rh
antigen. This is the most common blood type available, and is commonly sought out
for donations. Those with an O blood type can donate blood to those with A, B or O
.blood types without the worry that their blood will be rejected
?My blood type is O+. Is this a good type
Group O is the group that can give blood to both blood group A or B because O doesn't have antigens. However, I can ONLY receive blood group O and NOT A nor
B. AB, because an O positive, it means it have Rh antigens...so really you can only
.+save people who are A+, B+, or O+.And can only receive blood from type O
