Cargo handling 10000 T/A Less than 5 million tons/annum This consent is valid for the manufacture of Products and the rate of production mentioned above. The Board in consideration of the particulars given in the application gives this Consent. A record of daily effluent discharge shall be maintained. from the particulars furnished in the application will also be ground for review/ variation/revocation of the Consent Order under Section 27 of the Act and to make such variation as deemed fit for the purpose of the Act. The applicant shall not change or alter either the quality or quantity or the rate of the discharge or temperature or the route of discharge without the previous written permission of the Board. The unit shall ensure that no groundwater shall be extracted in the CRZ area. Drinking water. 26. The unit shall not handle/store any hazardous chemicals in the fish landing centre. No.11. Storm water shall not be allowed to mix with the sewage and/or trade effluent on the upstream of the terminal manholes where the flow measuring devices will be installed. The applicant shall either: a. Not later than 30 days from the date of this Consent. The applicant shall not allow the discharge from other premises to mix with the discharge from his/her/their premises. 4.

The addition of various treatment chemicals should be done only with mechanical dosers and proper equipment for regulation of correct dosages determined daily and for proper uniform feeding.
