Safed Murgh Korma


Mild aromatic chicken korma created in the court of the
Moghal Emperor, Shah Jehan for his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Shah Jehan the creator
of the Taj Mahal served this dish at a white banquet held on the night of the full moon,
decorated with white carpet, white flowers, white cushions and white tableware. In serving this
dish we pay tribute to the Moghal Emperor, a great lover from history, who left us with his
monument of love for the world to enjoy.
