XSite Validation is a website application, which is revolutionizing the technology banks utilize to generate reports for new and existing loans– and allow s banks to validate real estate opportunities like never before. The program is easy to use, quick to deliver, and loaded with salient information relevant to property evaluation. The report is a synthesis of aggregated data, which is combined for specific site analysis for a specific industry type. The following data is included within the final report:

B. XSITE REPORT INDEX (XRI) Xsite Validation utilizes its proprietary scoring data to ascertain the viability of the subject location. The assessment, or score, is weighted by the variables that pertain to the specific industry type or suggested intended use of the site. To meet the project objectives, standard report(s) were run for the <site/location(s)> being analyzed. This report shows the distributions of the specific data and a base reference data to develop a comparison.
