Abstract
This research aims to study the conflict management in Saiyok Subdistrict Administrative
Organization, Saiyok, Kanchanaburi, guidelines the conflict management in Saiyok Subdistrict Administrative
Organization, Saiyok, Kanchanaburi and problems of the conflict management in Saiyok Subdistrict
Administrative Organization, Saiyok, Kanchanaburi by using in-depth interviews from the participants consisted
of the President and the Vice-Chairman of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, President and Vice

President of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Secretary and Permanent Deputy of the Subdistrict
Administrative Organization, the Staff of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization and the public. This sample
groups were important data by using sampling a specific selection according to the criteria set by the
researcher to obtain a representative sample. The instrument used in this study consisted of structured
interviews or formal interview which were developed based on the theoretical framework and operational
definitions for the various results according to the purposes of this research. While the results of in-depth
interviews were to focus on the important facts about the conflict management in Saiyok Subdistrict
Administrative Organization, Saiyok, Kanchanaburi in order to determine reality. By examining the ways data
were collected including: 1) monitoring of data centers, 2) monitoring the triangle theory, and 3) monitoring
the data collection centers systematically in order to lead to conclusions, interpretations and checking the
accuracy of the findings. The results of the study were found as follows:
The conflict management in Saiyok Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Saiyok, Kanchanaburi by
organizational policy was not clear which led to the confusing in practice, redundant operations which were
determined by vision of the executives who were not involved, led to unclear mission. The goal was not
concrete with inflexible organizational structure to achieve fast performance as a result of globalization which
is constantly changing. The environment where people had no attached attitude towards the organization and
was not related to the job performance. The executives still lacked of leadership quality and were not able to
convince the unity and operational synergies for the rapid relevant guidelines for the management of the
effectiveness and efficiency of the conflict management. The problems and difficulties of managing conflict
with the rules and regulations that are obsolete before the performance and the interference with the
operation of the interests of the group. Social, economic and political environments were divided into groups,
lacked of unity which caused social conflicts together with the influence of local political intervention.
