Gender discrimination is an unfairness matter happened because of gender
differences. This is a very big issue among society and usually happened to women. In this

modern society, woman have been discriminated in a few area especially in the work field.
This is happened because of women are going out working together with man as the high
living cost approaching the society. There are many types of discrimination that woman faced
in the workplace. One of them is women received less pay than men despite having the same
job with men. They also some time can face sexual harassments in the workplace. As an
example, there is a case about gender discrimination happened at the west. A woman was
fired by her employee because of her appearance and this is totally unfair for that woman. We
need a solution to this issue and for me it will be the best if we let all people know about it by
having a few campaign that really objects the discrimination of gender. In conclusion, gender
discrimination is a worldwide problem and by solving it, we will turn this world into a better
place.
