Once the initiating manager initiates a change in colleague’s job data, it goes through a work flow for approval to higher level managers and HR support. It basically deals with my organization structure for a Manager who can view and take actions for his direct reports, indirect reports and open position. Viewing details and taking action for a colleague is primarily on Job and Position data. Manager has the ability to change the following process for his colleagues. • Change Grade or Pay • Change Manager • Change Job • Separation When there is any change in the above process and it is submitted for approval to higher level manager, it is called as Work item. The scope of this project is to create an interface between the ESA environment and the Oracle One portal. The purpose of this interface is to capture the project details like Project ID, Project Description, Assignment Start Date, Assignment End Date and Billable/Non Billable, of an associate from the ESA system and then export it to the ‘Oracle One’ Peoplesoft portal. Responsibilities • Involved in analysis, coding, unit testing and review of the requests in the project. • Designed and developed DTS packages to migrate data from one environment to another. • Involved in creation of records, pages to display data on the Oracle portal. 3. PEOPLESOFT HRMS 8.0 TO 8.9 UPGRADE FOR RADIOSHACK CORPORATION, TEXAS, U.S Client Technology Role Duration Project Description Radioshack Corporation is one of the most experienced and trusted consumer electronics specialty retailers. The company has a presence through more than 6,000 company-operated stores and dealer outlets in the United States, over 100 RadioShack locations in Mexico and nearly 800 wireless phone kiosks. The scope of this project is to upgrade the current HRMS 8.0 version (8.19 PeopleTools version) of PeopleSoft application to HRMS 8.9 (8.48 PeopleTools version).
