“College Freshmen and Their Use of Online Social Networks” (On-Going) The purpose of this study is to determine what types of online social networks, and how those types of online social networks, are being used by college freshmen. Organization Development Consultant June 2002 to May 2006  Analyzed business and strategic plans to identify learning needs. Consulted with leaders and HR Business Consultants regarding group and organizational learning opportunities using needs assessment, design, development, and deployment of key curriculum and learning solutions.  Designed and coordinated Lean (Manufacturing) learning opportunities; deeply involved in Lean deployment, especially change management strategies.  Spearheaded diversity learning initiatives, including designing, developing and training Managing & Valuing Diversity and Diversity in Action, and serving as Diversity Learning Liaison to the Diversity Council.  Identified, designed, developed and implemented corporate-wide training to support HR development initiatives using internal or external resources.
